Worked on an experimental computer vision pipeline with OpenCV and TensorFlow, including video preprocessing, model training and inference testing, to automatically identify non-laying chickens from live video feeds, improving farm management efficiency and support data-driven farm management decisions.

Collaborated with internal teams to translate branding and operational needs into clear UI/UX requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives, user experience considerations, and technical feasibility.

Developed and deployed responsive web pages with interactive features and content management system (CMS) using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Firebase, improving the company's online presence, maintainability, and content delivery speed.

Customised and implemented ERP features in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central based on business requirements using Application Language (AL), translating business objectives into system functionality to support day-to-day operations across sales, inventory, and procurement workflows.

Automated cross-platform workflows between Dynamics 365 and nopCommerce using Azure Logic Apps and REST APIs, streamlining the flow of data across platforms, reducing manual data entry, and improving data consistency, saving the finance team an estimated 8 hours per week.

Conducted requirements analysis and designed automated customer re-engagement workflows, defining trigger conditions, business rules, and email logic using Power Automate, successfully re-engaging approximately 20% of lapsed customers and enabling consistent and timely customer communications.

Served mandatory national service with Singapore Army's 1st transport battalion. Drove big trucks and did a lot of admin work.
