These journals are written entirely by me, with no AI involved in the writing at all. You can probably tell from the tone, the mistakes, and the occasional chaos. I only use AI to summarise some of the videos I watch, and I almost never edit these entries, I just write whatever comes to mind on the spot. Because of that, the flow can be messy, unfiltered, and sometimes a little unhinged, with grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and sometimes logic errors. I truly appreciate everyone who takes the time to visit my website and read these journals. They're raw and personal, so please treat them respectfully and avoid sharing any private information you may see. Take everything with a pinch of salt, these are thoughts in motion, not polished conclusions.
